Terms and Warranty Policy

Disclaimer
We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website. However, occasional errors in descriptions and pricing may occur. If a pricing error is identified, the item(s) will be charged at the correct price, and we will contact you for approval before processing the charge.

 

Shipping Charges
Additional shipping charges may apply for items that are difficult to ship, large in size, or destined for remote locations. Customers will be notified of any additional charges before shipping.

 

Order Confirmation
Upon confirming an order at checkout, a Purchase Order is sent to us. We will review it and send you an order confirmation with any necessary changes. You can then review and confirm your order before we process payment.

 

Custom Orders and Down Payments
All orders, including custom products, saunas, and hot tubs, require a 20% down payment to proceed with processing. The remaining amount is due before shipping or upon installation.

 

Payment Methods
We accept Cash, INTERAC e-Transfer, bank transfers, and money orders/cashier’s cheques (which must be received and cleared before shipping). We reserve the right to charge a 3% surcharge for payments made by credit card.

 

Ownership of Products

All products remain the property of Great Canadian Saunas until full payment is received.

 

Warranty
Great Canadian Saunas warrants our saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural weather conditions, or regular maintenance (e.g., tightening bands on barrels, cleaning, or staining the sauna). Please refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence.
